At Eyo’s Laser Clinic, we specialise in treating superficial leg veins, including spider veins, thread veins and other small, visible red veins, using our advanced medical-grade 1064 nm Nd:YAG vascular laser. This non-surgical technology precisely targets haemoglobin to safely and effectively reduce unwanted veins, improving leg clarity with minimal discomfort and downtime. Nd:YAG laser vein removal is widely regarded as a gold standard for non-invasive vascular treatments and is suitable for a wide range of skin tones.

Superficial leg veins, such as spider veins, develop due to a variety of factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, prolonged standing or sitting, and aging. These veins are close to the surface of the skin and are often red or purple in colour, making them a cosmetic concern for many people.

These are small, thin veins that appear close to the skin's surface, often in a web-like pattern. They are usually red, blue, or purple and are most commonly found on the legs.

Our advanced medical-grade 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser is scientifically established for leg vein treatment, delivering safe, effective care with noticeable results. It precisely targets spider veins, thread veins and other superficial leg vessels, providing comfortable treatments and clearer-looking legs.
Our advanced medical-grade 1064 nm Nd:YAG vascular laser selectively targets haemoglobin within the vessel. The absorbed energy converts to heat, coagulating the vein wall so it collapses and is naturally reabsorbed by the body over time. This process reduces or eliminates the visibility of spider veins, thread veins and other superficial vessels at the skin’s surface.
During the session, the laser will be applied to the targeted veins. Most clients experience minimal discomfort, often described as a quick, sharp sensation.
Most clients begin to see improvement after the first session, with full results becoming more apparent after several weeks as the veins continue to fade. Depending on the severity of the veins, multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired results.
Our advanced medical-grade 1064 nm Nd:YAG vascular laser is highly effective for many superficial vascular concerns. However, it is not suitable for blue or raised vessels, or for varicose veins. If you have these, alternative treatments may be required. A consultation with one of our experienced clinicians will confirm suitability and recommend the best option for your needs.
After treatment, you may experience slight redness or swelling in the treated area, which typically subsides within a few hours to a day. You’ll receive specific aftercare instructions to maximise your results.
